Brey-Krause Manufacturing Company is a family-owned, 100% Made-in-America manufacturer specializing in stainless steel and brass products. Our product lines include commercial washroom accessories, emergency vehicle hardware, and aftermarket automotive performance driving products.
All manufacturing is done in-house. Our capabilities include tube bending, sheet metal fabrication, welding, CNC and manual machining, stamping, waterjet cutting, foundry operations, plating, grinding, powder coating, product cleaning/finishing, and shipping/packing.
We are seeking a mechanically inclined individual to assist with production-related work across multiple departments. This role involves working with a variety of machinery and may include machine setup and tooling. The ideal candidate is motivated, detail-oriented, and interested in growing within a manufacturing environment. We value hard work and offer opportunities to take on increased responsibility over time.
Responsibilities
- Load raw material into the machine.
- Start the machine and monitor the cycle.
- Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, or gauges.
- Replace worn tools when instructed.
- Report machine alarms or quality issues.
- Keep the work area clean and organized.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous CNC manufacturing experience preferred.
- Ability to read basic blueprints.
- Experience using measuring equipment including:
- Calipers
- Micrometers
- Thread gauges
- Height gauges
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good mechanical aptitude.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical Requirements
- Stand for extended periods.
- Frequently lift up to 50 lbs.
- Bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Safely handle materials and finished parts.
Helpful Traits (Preferred)
- Understanding of lean manufacturing and best practices
- Experience with machine setup and maintenance
- Ability to troubleshoot machinery and production issues

Monday - Friday
7:00am - 3:30pm
