Requirements
ROLE OVERVIEW
The Regional Manager ensures consistency, quality, and operational excellence across multiple 7 Brew locations in the Buffalo area. This leader will support shop managers, drive team performance, and create a positive, people-first environment where every guest leaves smiling.
Key Responsibilities
- Operations & Guest Experience
- Oversee daily operations for multiple drive-thru locations.
- Ensure brand standards in speed, quality, safety, and cleanliness.
- Regularly visit shops to coach teams, resolve issues, and celebrate wins.
- Team Leadership & Development
- Recruit, train, and mentor Shop Managers and Shift Leads.
- Foster accountability, recognition, and personal growth.
- Conduct regular performance check-ins and training sessions.
- Financial & Strategic Execution
- Support and review shop-level budgets, sales targets, and labor costs.
- Monitor performance metrics and implement improvement strategies.
- Partner with ownership on new shop openings and community initiatives.
- Culture & Guest Satisfaction
- Promote the 7 Brew culture of positivity and hospitality.
- Respond to guest feedback promptly and with care.
- Celebrate team milestones and encourage healthy competition.
Qualifications
- Proven experience leading teams in quick-service, drive-thru, or coffee environments.
- Strong leadership and communication skills—you inspire others through action.
- Financial acumen—comfortable with labor, COGS, and performance metrics.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, people-first environment.
- Working knowledge of POS, scheduling systems, and reporting tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
Physical & Schedule Requirements
- Must be able to sit, stand, and move for long periods.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
- Frequent travel between store locations (>75%).
- Flexible availability, including nights and weekends as business demands.
