Brewton Plumbing Service (BPS) is looking for an experienced Journeyman Plumber to join our growing team serving Fort Smith and the surrounding River Valley area.
We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, can confidently handle plumbing jobs in the field, and wants to be part of a company focused on quality workmanship, dependable service, and continued growth.
Responsibilities
- Perform residential and light commercial plumbing service and repair
- Diagnose plumbing problems and provide effective solutions
- Install and repair water heaters, fixtures, faucets, toilets, disposals, and other plumbing equipment
- Install and repair water, sewer, drain, waste, vent, and gas piping
- Perform plumbing work on remodels and new installations
- Complete plumbing work according to applicable codes and company standards
- Communicate professionally with customers and explain repairs when necessary
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and company vehicle
- Properly document work performed and materials used
- Work independently while also being able to work effectively with apprentices and other team members
- Help maintain the high level of workmanship and customer service BPS expects on every job
Qualifications
- Current Journeyman Plumber license
- Strong knowledge of residential plumbing systems and plumbing code
- Experience troubleshooting and completing service plumbing repairs
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in the field
- Valid driver’s license and reliable driving record
- Professional appearance and communication skills
- Dependable, punctual, and willing to take ownership of assigned jobs
- Ability to perform the physical requirements associated with plumbing work

Pay: $20.00 - $29.00 per hour
