Role Description The Espresso/Coffee Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in Chicago, IL, responsible for servicing commercial espresso machines, coffee brewers, grinders, and related equipment. Day-to-day tasks include diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues, performing routine maintenance and calibration, installing new equipment, and completing repairs according to manufacturer specifications. The technician will travel to customer locations in the Chicago area, communicate clearly with clients about service needs and recommended solutions, and document work performed in service reports. The role also involves maintaining an organized inventory of parts and tools, following safety and cleanliness standards, and coordinating with the office team to schedule and prioritize service calls. Qualifications
