- Manages and leads operators and laborers throughout the duration of the project
- Schedules workers for daily tasks on each project
- Manages day to day operations & safety for each project
- Assists in gathering data for billing purposes
- Reviews and approves materials and equipment for project work.
- Coordinatesactivities,materials,procurement,&otherrelatedactivitieswithProjectManager&FieldStaff
- Communicates progress and prepares appropriate reports as needed by Project Manager, Project Director, Owner's Rep, Architect,
- Represents company at weekly Project Owner's meetings
- Responsiblefortheschedulingandperformanceofalloperatorsandlaborerson each project
- Supervises, reviews, and coordinates submittals
- Ability to build and execute a project according to plan
- 1 years of experience in Construction
- General understanding of reading plans & specifications in accordance to the construction of a project.
- General understanding of the IDOT & MODOT standard specification for road and bridge construction.
- Knowledge of pay items and job costing.
- GPS knowledge is a plus
