Job Summary:
We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team and help us grow our Bar/Arcade Business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing marketing campaigns, managing social media accounts, updating menus, and creating promotions. In addition, we run an arcade sales company that currently uses Wix and would like to switch to Shopify. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing the transition to Shopify, creating posts, and using Photoshop to create graphics.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote our Bar/Arcade Business.
- Manage social media accounts and create engaging content.
- Update menus and create promotions to drive sales.
- Manage the transition from Wix to Shopify for our arcade sales company.
- Create posts and use Photoshop to create graphics.- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms
- Monitor and analyze social media trends, insights, and performance metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with marketing goals
- Manage social media advertising campaigns and budgets
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner

- Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of performance marketing, product management, e-commerce, research, Adobe Creative Suite, advertising sales, advertising, digital marketing, marketing automation, and copywriting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Creative thinker with a passion for social media trends and emerging platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
