As part of our vibrant team in Downtown Bellefontaine, Ohio, you will be immersed in an exciting role that combines crafting beverages and providing exceptional customer service. Main Responsibilities:
- Restock liquor, beer, wine, mixers, glassware, and garnishes during and between shifts
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including wiping surfaces, emptying trash, and cleaning spills
- Refill ice bins, prepare garnishes, and assist with bar setup/breakdown
- Support bartenders by retrieving supplies and managing inventory throughout service
- Change kegs and maintain draft system functionality
- Collect and clean used glassware and bar tools
- Assist with deliveries and proper stock storage
- Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies
- Perform other duties as assigned by the bar team or management
Qualifications:
- Experience as a bartender preferred
- Knowledge of beverage preparation and mixing
- Bartending certificate is a plus
- Basic computer and math skills
- Strong teamwork and communication abilities
- Professional and positive attitude
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends
