Our client is a Top #10 National CPA firm that is performing a search for Upper Tax Management Professions for their Tax Director, Tax Senior Manager, and a Tax Manager opportunity on a Hybrid Schedule in their growing Phoenix, AZ office.
These tax positions will be generalist focus with a lean towards Private Client Services (HNWI, trust/estate, pass through, s corps, partnerships) with very light corporate work. Industries included but not limited to Construction, Manufacturing, Real Estate, Healthcare and Non-Profit (light).
Benefits:
- Tax Director: $200,000 - $230,000 (Base)
- Tax Senior Manager: $150,000 - $200,000 (Base)
- Tax Manager: $110,000 - $140,000 (Base)
- Performance Bonuses: 5% -10%

Qualifications:
- CPA Licensed Required for all levels
- Ability to manage all aspects of client engagements
- Ability to manage and grow teams
