Guest Experience Associate

We are searching for a Guest Experience Associate to provide onsite support for an immersive experience on the Las Vegas Strip. This position is onsite, pays $18 per hour, and is contract-to-hire.

The team rotates across reception, ticket checking, gallery rounding, retail, and the on-site tea bar to keep daily operations running smoothly. This is a guest-facing, service-industry role supporting a year-round attraction, with schedules assigned on a rotating basis that include weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome all visitors, including VIPs and large groups, upholding company service standards.
• Provide visitors with a welcoming introduction or short tour, including information about current exhibitions.
• Sell and verify tickets, including checking validity and confirming eligibility for special discounts.
• Manage crowd flow in lobbies, entrances, and other high-traffic areas.
• Manage VIP invitation tickets, and stroller and wheelchair rental lists.
• Manage storage lockers for visitor belongings.
• Walk exhibition zones to confirm displays, mapping, and lighting/focus are working properly, and report issues to the relevant team.
• Maintain exhibit areas, including replacing damaged materials and restocking supplies in interactive zones.
• Monitor and adjust temperature and scent settings within exhibit zones.
• Collect lost items and trash throughout the exhibition space, and return lost items to the appropriate area.
• Respond to emergencies and visitor issues, following established safety guidelines.
• Stock and merchandise retail shelves, explain products to customers, and manage inventory, including quarterly audits.
• Process retail transactions, exchanges, and refunds, and handle daily cash management.
• Take and prepare tea bar orders, and manage tea bar inventory, hygiene, and cleanliness.
• Rotate through reception, ticketing, rounding, retail, and tea bar duties as scheduled.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience in customer service or hospitality.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Strong active listening and clear verbal communication skills.
• Ability to explain exhibit content and information to visitors clearly and effectively.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm and effective during emergencies.
• Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to support and guide teammates as needed.
• Service-oriented mindset, with attention to tone and word choice when working with visitors.
• Comfort with upselling products and add-on experiences.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays, year-round.
