Job Summary:
The Operations Specialist will have vast responsibilities that cover several areas of the Tulsa operations. The Operations Specialist will cover installer payroll, data entry and bookkeeping. The operations specialist will be answering phone calls and working with all Tulsa divisions on small projects.
Responsibilities:
· Customer tickets close after installation are completed.
· Post payments received for commercial accounts.
· Receive, process and verify all installer work statements.
· Enter labor charges from installer statement into the customer order.
· Run reports to verify all labor charges.
· Cut tickets for warehouse customer pickups.
· Run checks for installer payroll.
· Maintain Bond records and insurance documents for all installers.
· Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
· Process Job costing for customer tickets and all appropriate paperwork.
· Expedite purchase orders.
· Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
· Customer Service Functions as needed.
Skills and Abilities:
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Sound judgment, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
· Build, maintain, and foster strong relationships.
· Intermediate skill level Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
· Intermediate computer skills that are familiar with ERP systems.
· Strong understanding of distribution, inventory and purchasing functions.
· Organized and capable of handling high volume of interactions with all departments.
· Ability to multi-task various processes and projects.
· Must have effective time management skills to manage multiple priorities.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner.
· Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information.
· Schedule and plan meetings and appointments.
· Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues.
· Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies.
· Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues.
Qualifications:
· Accounting experience a plus
· Associates degree preferred
· GED or High School diploma required
Work Environment:
· Required job duties are normally performed in a climate-controlled office environment. In person, out of our Tulsa offices.
Physical Requirements:
· Sitting for extended periods of time

· Minimal lifting up to 25lbs.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
