Litigation Paralegal/Case Manager
The Litigation Paralegal/Case Manager is a key contributor to the success of our initiatives. This individual will bring experience and related knowledge to support the team’s work and implementation.
Responsibilities
- Execute activities as directed related to organization of cases and workflows during discovery.
- File in both state and federal courts, including appellate courts.
- Ensure filings are in compliance with state and federal court rules and applicable e-filing protocols.
- Manage calendars, docket, and assist in meeting filing deadlines.
- Lead front to end documentation collection processes.
- Drafts basic correspondence and pleadings, assisting and responding to discovery requests and production of documents.
- Facilitate all logistics during arbitrations, trials, and settlements.
- Proofread legal documents.
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of litigation experience, including prior trial experience.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and oral communication, organizational, computer and documentation skills, including a high level of attention to detail and active listening.
- Proficient in Westlaw, NetDocuments, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant systems.
- Ability to handle sensitive matters and maintain confidentiality.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work overtime as needed.
The anticipated annual salary for this position will be 120K-140K.
Salary : $120,000 - $140,000
