We’re looking for a reliable, coffee-loving go-getter to join our team as a Part-Time Manager at Brewed Awakening Cafe!
Requirements:
– Previous coffee shop or barista experience required
– Management or leadership experience preferred
– Must have reliable transportation
– Must be available early mornings and some Saturdays
Duties Include:
– Overseeing daily operations of the café during scheduled shifts
– Leading and supporting team members with a positive attitude
– Opening and/or closing the café
– Ensuring consistent quality in drink and food preparation
– Assisting in scheduling and shift coverage when needed
– Handling basic troubleshooting or customer concerns professionally
– Managing inventory and communicating restock needs
– Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
– Supporting events or special promotions as needed
– Being a dependable, upbeat face of Brewed Awakening Cafe!
