These drinks are made with real liquor (we have both vodka and tequila options), real fruit juice, sparkling water, and other natural flavors. - REMOTE POSITION**
Talkhouse Encore is a brand of spirits-based seltzers inspired by the legendary dive bar and iconic music venue, The Stephen Talkhouse, located on the east end of Long Island. These drinks are made with real liquor (we have both vodka and tequila options), real fruit juice, sparkling water, and other natural flavors. Launched in Summer 2022, Talkhouse Encore is quickly expanding its footprint across the North East.
Responsibilities
- The Sales Leads's primary responsibility will be to directly open and develop on and off-premise accounts
- Daily account management activities include but are not limited to securing placements in liquor stores, bars and restaurants, securing menu placements, hosting promotional events, and consumer samplings
- Visibility management – ensure each market is to standard regarding pricing and brand priorities
- Provide weekly formal and informal reporting
- Ensure POS and other marketing assets are utilized in the field with correct programs
- Establish and maintain customer rapport by providing outstanding customer service, follow up on commitments, and call on all accounts in assigned areas
- Thoughtfully grow brand presence within our existing accounts
- Attains standards of performance goals by achieving the distribution, volume and activity goals set by our team
- 1-3 years of beer or spirits sales experience with both on and off-premise accounts
- Highly motivated individual who loves building strong relationships
- Strong relationships in the on and off premise scene and overall category
- Demonstrated sales success with other beer or spirits brands
- Entrepreneurial mindset, motivated self-starter with a competitive edge, outgoing, articulate and charismatic
