Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and creative Community Content Coordinator to support Brew’s growing digital presence and customer community.
This role sits at the intersection of social media, content planning, customer engagement, and brand storytelling. You’ll help maintain an active and engaging online presence while ensuring our voice and identity remain consistent across channels.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, has an eye for content and aesthetics, and understands how to build meaningful engagement around a brand.
Responsibilities
Community Management
• Monitor and respond to social media comments, messages, and community interactions across platforms
• Engage with customers and followers in a thoughtful and brand-aligned voice
• Help identify community opportunities, partnerships, and user-generated content
• Monitor conversations and trends surrounding watches, design, coffee culture, and lifestyle
Content Coordination
• Assist with planning and maintaining content calendars across social platforms
• Coordinate with internal team members, photographers, videographers, and designers on content needs
• Help organize content assets and ensure timely execution of campaigns and launches
• Assist in scheduling and publishing social content
Content Creation & Brand Support
• Write and edit captions, website copy, email content, and marketing materials
• Support content strategy and brainstorm creative ideas for campaigns and storytelling
• Ensure consistency in Brew’s tone, messaging, and overall brand identity
• Assist with launch preparation and content organization around product releases and events
Qualifications
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience managing social media platforms and digital communities
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Comfortable using content and social tools such as Instagram, TikTok, Meta, scheduling platforms, and Google Workspace
• Familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo, or e-commerce platforms is a plus
• Passion for watches, design, lifestyle brands, coffee culture, or storytelling is highly preferred
• Photography, video editing, or content production experience is a plus
