City Brew Hall is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented cook who takes pride in doing things the right way. We are a fast-paced kitchen that values consistency, teamwork, and professionalism. The right candidate is someone who can follow recipes accurately, communicate well with the team, and help maintain a clean, organized workspace.

Responsibilities

• Prepare menu items according to recipes and chef direction
• Follow prep lists and ensure stations are stocked and ready for service
• Maintain consistency in food quality and presentation
• Work efficiently during busy service periods
• Communicate clearly with kitchen team members
• Keep workstations clean, organized, and sanitary
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards
• Assist with prep, portioning, and basic kitchen tasks as needed
• Support teammates and contribute to a positive work environment

Qualifications

• Ability to follow recipes and instructions carefully
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable and punctual
• Previous kitchen experience preferred, but not required
• Willingness to learn and improve

Schedule

Flexible scheduling available. Evening and weekend availability preferred.
