Job Overview
Brew Oil LLC is seeking a dedicated Brew Team Member to join our team. As a key member of our brewery, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, working collaboratively with team members, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

About the Role
This is a full-time position that requires a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for greeting customers, operating the Point of Sale system, preparing food, and assisting with inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer with a smile and provide top-notch customer service.
• Work closely with team members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
• Execute tasks assigned diligently, on schedule, and to the highest standard.
• Report any issues or concerns promptly to the manager.
• Operate the Point of Sale system, receive cash or credit cards from customers, and make changes as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment inside and out.
• Stock shelves, coolers, and backrooms efficiently.
• Ensure good attendance and be punctual for shifts.
• Prepare customer food in a timely manner.
• Assist the manager with inventory control, receiving merchandise, pricing, and completing paperwork.
• Avoid any accidents or incidents by adhering to all company policies and procedures.
