We are looking for a hungry, ambitious, and tech-savvy Technical Account Manager who wants to grow into a leadership role in the IT services industry.

You will work closely with our leadership team and technical staff to ensure our clients receive outstanding service while helping them improve their technology environments.

What You'll Do
As a Technical Account Manager, you will serve as the main relationship manager for our IT clients and help guide their technology decisions.
Your responsibilities will include:
Client Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with business owners and key client contacts
- Serve as the primary contact for assigned managed service clients
- Ensure clients feel supported, informed, and confident in our services
- Follow up on service issues and ensure problems are resolved quickly
Technology Reviews & Strategy
- Conduct regular technology review meetings with clients
- Help clients plan for hardware upgrades, cybersecurity improvements, and cloud solutions
- Present recommendations to improve reliability, security, and efficiency
- Help clients develop long-term technology roadmaps
Proactive Account Management
- Review support tickets and identify recurring issues
- Work with our technical team to resolve root causes
- Monitor client environments for improvement opportunities
Opportunity Identification
- Identify opportunities for upgrades, improvements, or additional services
- Help clients adopt solutions that strengthen security and productivity
- Work with leadership to present and close proposals
Internal Collaboration
- Work closely with our service desk and engineering team
- Help coordinate client projects and technology upgrades
- Ensure clients receive exceptional service
A Typical Week Might Include
- Meeting with clients to review their IT environment
- Reviewing support tickets and identifying trends
- Planning upcoming technology upgrades
- Preparing recommendations for clients
- Coordinating projects with our technical team
- Helping clients solve business challenges with technology
