Craft Beer - Sales Support Specialist

Brew City Distribution is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to join our growing craft beer team. This entry-level role is ideal for recent college graduates looking to start a career in sales, beverage distribution, or account management. You’ll work closely with our sales reps and leadership team to support daily operations, improve execution in the field, and help drive brand growth across our market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist sales representatives with account management, order entry, and customer follow-up
• Support execution of sales initiatives, promotions, and seasonal programs
• Maintain accurate product, pricing, and account data in internal systems
• Conduct regular market visits to check product placement, pricing, and display quality
• Help coordinate and execute tastings, events, and in-store promotions
• Build relationships with retail accounts and assist in resolving service issues
• Analyze sales data and provide insights to improve performance and coverage
• Ensure point-of-sale (POS) materials are properly distributed and displayed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic data analysis
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Preferred (Not Required):

• Internship or part-time experience in sales, hospitality, or beverage industry
• Passion for craft beer and knowledge of styles and brands
• Experience working with CRM or sales tracking tools

Work Environment:

Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
