Job description
Brew City Distribution is seeking outgoing and dynamic Part-Time Sales Executives to sell our excellent portfolio of craft and imported beers and ciders, as well as our extensive non-alcoholic portfolio, to Off-Premise trade (supermarkets, grocery stores, gas stations) and also for our On-Premise trade (Bars and Restaurants) businesses.
THIS IS 100% COMMISSION ONLY ROLE, PERFECT FOR SERVICE INDUSTRY PEOPLE WHO WORK EVENING SHIFTS
Monday - Thursday
9 AM - 3 PM
Don't know much about beer or the beer and beverage industry? We provide training! We will provide upfront and ongoing training that will help you develop and maintain your professional skills in Sales and Marketing, Distribution and Supply Chain Management, and Basic Business Practices.

SALES RESPONSIBILITIES
Pitch and sell product portfolio to new On and Off Premise clients within your sales region.
Visit existing accounts throughout your territory to build and maintain relationships with buyers / decision-makers.
Host On and Off premise product samplings and events in order to engage consumers.
Work closely with sales manager and retailer personnel to ensure that commitments (retail level orders for product) are delivered.
Educate consumers, retailers and distributors on brands that are represented within your territory. Track Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and territory sales growth.
Stocking and rotating shelves, display building and POS material management are key aspects of daily merchandising in customer accounts to deliver results for stores and suppliers.
Build strong rapport with key account relationships and obtain feedback on merchandising activities. Share feedback with appropriate sales team members.
Learn and grow beer, wine, and / or spirit knowledge for brands and our customers.
Work to maximize sales within our distribution territory and achieve or exceed specific quarterly sales goals
Work independently and in coordination with the leadership to develop new sales accounts and maintain/grow current accounts
Communicate regularly with customers in person, by phone and via email/text Maintain up-to-date database of customers, contact info, and meetings
Proactively program and oversee beer-related events with on- and off-premise accounts to promote sales and deepen relationships
Deliver sales & market feedback to leadership team by remaining current on sales data, pricing, industry trends and other activities Assist with delivery of beer to self-distribution accounts, as needed
Enthusiastically represent our portfolio at festivals, tastings and other general promotional events
Deliver outstanding customer service and perform sales activities in compliance with all alcoholic beverage regulations, at all times
Other miscellaneous sale duties, as needed
MERCHANDISING RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintaining fresh product at retail by rotating, reorganizing and refilling shelves and coolers
Inventory and reorganize back stocks, refill cold boxes, shelves, displays and dust product as needed
Build displays that meets supplier and company guidelines; assist with resets when needed
Communicate with and take direction from account personnel, management, sales representatives and delivery personnel on a regular basis
Work with sales manager and chain division to execute and merchandise all monthly chain programs
Maintain and update in store point of sale materials
Attend product and business training sessions and sales meetings as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
Self-starter with the proven ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced growing environment.
Minimum of 3 years experience working in the three-tier distribution system either with a beer wholesaler or craft beer producer
Strong knowledge of the local market for craft beer and high level of craft beer product knowledge
Excellent oral and written communication; strong analytical and group presentation skills
Must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Google Drive
Experience with Ekos ERP Management software is a plus
Availability to work a flexible weekly schedule, including nights and weekends.
Must be able to spend multiple hours per day in a car driving
Must have a reliable car, valid driver’s license, pass pre-employment background check, including a clean motor vehicle record.
Must be able to lift up to 40 lb regularly
Must live in the Lake Geneva market
Must be 21 years of age
