Breville, a global leader in premium kitchen appliances, is currently looking for a self-motivated, energetic individual to join our exciting field team as a Part – Time Brand Ambassador.
Our ideal candidate loves sharing their passion for coffee and food through hands-on experiences. You’ll have the opportunity to showcase your barista skills - pulling the perfect espresso shot and crafting beautiful latte art - while introducing customers to Breville’s high-performance products.

The Breville Brand Ambassador
The Breville Brand Ambassador will visit retail stores, provide in-store demonstrations, attend events, share knowledge with staff through training sessions, and conduct consistent visits to various retail accounts.
Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions Include but Are Not Limited To:
· Working between 10–16 hours per week (Saturday and Sunday)
· Maintain a regular and consistent schedule with punctuality
· Follow an assigned schedule, given or approved by the manager
· Maintain a professional appearance consistent with brand standards
· Participate in ongoing digital training sessions
· Drive sales and meet performance goals set by your manager
· Check in with customer service or manager upon arrival at the store
· Ensure products are properly displayed and merchandised
· Identify and reorder missing display pieces
· Conduct store visits, demonstrations, and training sessions for customers and retail staff
· Work with exciting retailers like Williams-Sonoma, Best Buy, Sur La Table, Crate and Barrel and others.
· Communicate effectively about product features and benefits
· Serve as the eyes, ears, and voice of Breville, using our CRM app to document visits
· Provide exceptional customer engagement using a problem-solving approach to sales
· Shop for groceries, ingredients, and supplies for demos or events as needed
· Prepare and serve food or beverage samples using Breville products
· Maintain Food Safe Certification while employed
· Keep your workstation clean, safe, and sanitized
· Adhere to all recipe, health, and presentation standards
· Self-motivated with reliable transportation and a smart phone (data GPS)
· Manage and submit time-off requests in advance
· Attend events and training as requested
· Act with integrity, honesty, and professionalism to promote Breville’s culture, values, and mission
Desired Skills and Experience
Qualifications Include:
· 2–5 years of customer service and/or sales experience
· Goal-oriented and self-motivated
· Friendly, energetic, and personable
· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (able to travel within a 35-mile radius)
· Access to a personal computer and internet
· Food Safety Certificate preferred (required to obtain after hiring)
· A passion for coffee, food, and cooking!
· Candidates must be highly motivated, self-directed, and driven
Required Skills and Abilities
· Strong interpersonal skills
· Barista experience with latte art required
· Ability to learn quickly and independently
· Ability to understand and carry out instructions
· Team player who can also work independently
· Excellent relationship-building skills
· Ability to lift, pull, or carry up to 45 lbs.
· Able to stand and engage with customers for 5–8 hours per day
· Access to a smartphone and willingness to use the Breville CRM app
· Willing to enable location services while using the app for work
