Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED and two (2) years of experience in one or more of the skilled trades, (e.g. plumbing, pipe laying, carpentry, electrical, mechanical, masonry, air conditioning, painting, etc.).
- Valid Florida Class E Driver's License (Must maintain for the duration of employment).
- Work is primarily completed during normal business hours (Monday through Friday 8am - 5pm); however, schedule flexibility is required to effectively perform the requirements of the position. May be required to work weekends, evenings and holidays.

- May perform minor electrical repair, replacement, and new work to include lighting, switches, receptacles, etc.

- Masonry repair, replacement, and new work to include sidewalks, driveways, drainage structures, etc.

- May perform welding and small engine repair.

- All levels of painting applications, preparation of surfaces, scaffolding, etc.

- Preventive maintenance to include air conditioning equipment.
