As an RV Technician at Bretz RV & Marine, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining RV's. Whether you’re experienced or looking to start a new career, we are open to training the right individual who is motivated to learn and develop their skills in the RV industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform inspections and assist in diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues on RVs.
- Conduct repairs and maintenance tasks, including HVAC systems, appliances, slide-outs, and awnings (with training if needed).
- Install and upgrade RV components such as solar panels, satellite systems, and entertainment systems.
- Ensure all work meets manufacturer specifications and industry standards.
- Communicate effectively with service advisors to explain repairs and provide maintenance recommendations.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication.
- Certification from RVTI or similar accreditation is a plus, but not required.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Physical Requirements
- Be able to stand, walk or crouch for extended periods of time
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Bending, stooping, kneeling frequently
- Must be able to climb ladders
- Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Saturdays on rotation
Compensation
- Our best make over $100,000 annually
- $25-39 per hour (Based heavily on prior experience and current RVTI certification level)
