Responsibilities:

• Dive headfirst into the world of outdoor recreation as you assist customers in selecting the perfect accessories for their camping and boating adventures
• Embrace the thrill of demonstrating the latest RVs, camping accessories, and boating gear, showcasing their features and functionalities with contagious enthusiasm
• Elevate the customer experience by recommending must-have accessories and upgrades to take their outdoor escapades to the next level
• Build lasting connections with outdoor enthusiasts, fostering a community of like-minded adventurers who share your passion for exploration
  
  

Requirements:

• An appetite for life and a love for the great outdoors, with a desire to share that passion with others
• Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people from all walks of life
• Immerse yourself in a supportive team environment where camaraderie and collaboration are always on the agenda
• Flexibility is key—be prepared to embrace a dynamic work environment that includes weekends, holidays, and the occasional spontaneous adventure
  
  

Schedule:

• Day shift only!
• Monday - Saturday | Aligns with business hours
• Additional day off during work week if on-shift on Saturday
• Hour lunch
• Overtime and weekends as needed
  
  

Education and/or Experience:

• While previous sales experience is a plus, it's not a deal-breaker—we're more interested in your drive, determination, and eagerness to learn
• Basic knowledge of camping and boating accessories is a bonus, but if you're willing to roll up your sleeves and dive in, we'll provide the training you need to become an expert
  
  

Compensation:

• Hourly Commission | $17 - $25 hourly equivalent
