About the Role
In this position, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for critically ill patients. You’ll foster meaningful relationships with patients and families, work closely with interdisciplinary team members, and use sound clinical judgment to perform timely and appropriate nursing and medical interventions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, direct nursing care to ICU patients.
- Perform comprehensive and timely assessments and reassessments.
- Develop individualized, evidence-based care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Monitor patient conditions closely, recognize changes, and intervene promptly.
- Administer medications safely, monitor patient responses, and document outcomes accurately.
- Maintain up-to-date patient charts, including test results, assessments, and treatment notes.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Active RN license.
- Critical care experience is required.
