Key Responsibilities
- Deliver individualized, goal-directed nursing care in accordance with established standards.
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including history taking and physical examinations.
- Develop, implement, and regularly update patient care plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Document all care provided, patient responses, and progress toward goals.
- Educate patients and families on care plans, treatments, and post-discharge instructions.
- Safely administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated, effective care.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Active RN license
Position Details
- Full-time, permanent role
- 36 hours/week, nights
- Every 3rd weekend rotation
