We are seeking a dedicated Operating Partner for our on-site team in Watkinsville, GA. As an Operating Partner, you will oversee daily operations, manage team performance, maintain high service standards, and foster a positive work environment. This full-time role involves managing budgets, ensuring operational efficiency, implementing company policies, and collaborating with senior leadership to achieve organizational goals. You will also work closely with staff to provide mentorship and ensure alignment with company values and objectives.
