Representative Role at Brett/Robinson
We are seeking a representative to embody the values of our company, Brett/Robinson. As a key member of our team, you will interact with various stakeholders, including employees, owners, guests, and community members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter work orders, determine assignments, and complete tasks in our computer system using provided software.
- Read work orders and specifications to identify machinery and equipment that require repair or maintenance.
- Repair or replace defective locks, hinges, cranks, and wood pieces using glue, hand tools, and power tools.
- Disassemble appliances to diagnose mechanical and electrical issues by examining specific parts.
- Replace worn or defective parts, such as switches, bearings, transmissions, belts, gears, circuit boards, or wiring.
- Repair and maintain plumbing by replacing washers, fixing broken pipes, and unclogging drains.
- Install and/or repair wiring and electrical/electronic components.
- Realign windows and screens to fit casements and lubricate moving parts.
- Paint and repair woodwork and plaster.
- Inspect and test machinery to diagnose malfunctions and perform routine cleaning and lubrication.
- Clean, maintain, and treat pools and hot tubs according to the Facility Manager's instructions.
- Record repairs made and associated costs.
- Attend departmental meetings and perform other duties as assigned.
