Role Description This full-time, on-site Account Representative role is based in Carmel, IN. The Account Representative will engage with prospective and existing customers, discuss their insurance and financial service needs, and recommend appropriate State Farm products. Daily responsibilities include responding to inquiries by phone, email, and in person, preparing quotes, processing policy changes, and maintaining accurate customer records. The role involves meeting sales and activity goals, following up on leads, and proactively reaching out to customers for policy reviews and renewals. The Account Representative will collaborate with the agency team, participate in training, and contribute to community and marketing initiatives that support agency growth.
Qualifications
- Strong Account Management skills, including managing customer portfolios and maintaining organized customer records.
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to build trust, handle inquiries, and resolve concerns professionally.
- Demonstrated Sales abilities, including prospecting, presenting solutions, and closing opportunities in a goal-driven environment.
- Experience with Training or willingness to learn and participate in ongoing product, sales, and service training.
