Responsibilities
- Engage in outside sales activities by servicing our extensive existing client base.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through excellent account management and customer service practices.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue from existing accounts.
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals efficiently while ensuring client satisfaction remains a top priority.
Requirements
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills to foster trust and long-term relationships.
- Ability to conduct product presentations confidently and generate new leads through collecting referrals.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Minimum 2 years in a leadership role (preferred not required).
Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
