Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Insurance Producer based in Richmond, VA, with flexibility for some remote work. The Insurance Producer will be responsible for generating new business by selling insurance policies, providing exceptional customer service, and educating clients on their insurance options. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with clients, assessing their needs, presenting coverage solutions, and maintaining ongoing relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and trust.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Insurance Sales and a strong understanding of insurance concepts
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Licensing in Property, Casualty, and/or Life Insurance is required
- Experience with CRM tools and proficiency in basic office software is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred
