Our team has been tapped to hire a Territory Sales Manager to drive growth within a key territory. You'll partner with Cardiologists, Interventional Cardiologists, Radiologists, and hospital leadership to expand adoption, develop new business, and grow strategic hospital accounts.
What You'll Do
- Develop new hospital and health system accounts
- Grow utilization within existing customer accounts
- Build relationships with Cardiologists, Interventional Cardiologists, Radiologists, and key decision-makers
- Lead complex sales cycles from prospecting through close
- Educate customers on the clinical and economic value of an innovative cardiac technology
- Collaborate with clinical and commercial teams to drive successful customer adoption
- Achieve and exceed territory sales goals
What We're Looking For
- 10 years of medical device sales experience in cardiology or cardiovascular markets
- Proven success selling into hospitals and health systems
- Experience managing complex sales cycles and executive-level relationships
- Strong track record of exceeding sales goals
- Hunter mentality with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Bachelor's degree required
