We’re hiring Clinical Associates (ABA Technicians) across Chester County, PA , perfect for recent grads, paraprofessionals, and anyone passionate about working with students using evidence-based ABA.
What You’ll Do
• Provide ABA services in school, home & community settings
• Implement behavior plans under LBS/BCBA supervision
• Assist with assessments and data collection
• Teach communication, social, academic, and life skills
• Collaborate closely with LBSs/BCBAs and performance coaches
• Travel locally for placements (within reasonable driving distance)

Experience in ABA is a plus but not required. We provide training and help you obtain RBT certification if needed.

• Reliable transportation & valid ID
• Ability to engage in active work (standing, bending, lifting, movement throughout sessions)

Compensation & Benefits (Full-Time)
- $25.50–$28.50/hr starting
