Bradford Houses Homemaker
Full Time or Part Time | Days, Evenings or Nights
Pay: $15/hr to $16.80/hr (Based on experience) PLUS shift differentials: $.75/hr evenings, $.50/hr nights, $1/hr weekends
Excellent Staffing Ratio: 1:5
What You'll Do as a Bradford Houses Homemaker:
- Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility, and dining)
- Provide compassionate care and support for individuals with dementia
- Prepare and serve meals following food safety guidelines
- Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and maintain a clean home environment
- Support residents with transportation, errands, and daily routines
- Communicate resident needs and changes with the care team
- Follow safety procedures and assist with basic care tasks under supervision
Requirements for a Bradford Houses Homemaker:
- Training in geriatrics (nursing, social work, rehabilitation or therapeutic recreation) or sufficient related prior work experience is preferred
