Responsibilities- Lead daily irrigation operations, including system startups, repairs, maintenance, and winterizations
- Manage and support irrigation technicians and field crews to ensure efficient service delivery
- Coordinate scheduling and routing for service appointments to optimize productivity
- Troubleshoot and resolve irrigation system issues in the field as needed
- Communicate professionally with clients regarding scheduling, repairs, recommendations, and service updates
- Review and recommend repair proposals and system improvements to enhance client satisfaction
- Maintain quality control and uphold high standards of workmanship across all projects
- Monitor materials, equipment, and inventory needs for the irrigation division
- Assist with training and development of irrigation team members
- Collaborate with office staff, production teams, and management to ensure smooth operations
- Contribute to improving department organization, efficiency, and processes
- Previous experience in irrigation services required
- Leadership or management experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of irrigation systems, controllers, troubleshooting, and repairs
- Ability to manage schedules, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple service requests
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work independently and lead a team
- Experience with commercial and high-end residential systems preferred
