What You'll Do
Securities Paralegal
The paralegal in this practice group supports Principals and Associates in securities-related arbitration, mediation, and court case matters.
Essential Duties
- Performing legal research.
- Gathering and analyzing documents.
- Prepare and file state registration documents
- Assist with arbitration/trial scheduling and preparation.
- Prepare and file SEC documents.
- Manage substantial caseload.
- Interact with firm personnel, outside counsel, and external vendors.
- 3 years’ of litigation experience required.
- Securities arbitration/litigation experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of federal and state securities law, SEC and FINRA.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Familiarity with document management systems is desirable.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office.
- A minimum of a 4-year college degree or relevant work equivalent.

- Competitive Compensation: A salary range of $65,000 - $75,000, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
