We are an artisan bakery specializing in naturally leavened and fermented breads and delicate Viennoiserie located in Historic Downtown McKinney.
Summary
Bresnan Bread and Pastry is looking for a FOH team member to represent us at our summer Farmers Market in Dallas.
Our ideal candidate is friendly, hard-working, and enthusiastic.
Must have a valid drivers license and be willing to drive a large vehicle to our Dallas Farmers Market weekly.
Must be available Saturdays April through September.
Must be willing to begin shift at between between 4am and 5am.
Position may extend to in-shop and beyond summer season, depending on need and your availability.
Responsibilities
- Represent the Bresnan Bread and Pastry brand and products at our Dallas Farmers Market
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) system accurately for transactions, including cash handling
- Knowledge of products, including pastries and breads
- Punctuality and Sense of Urgency
- Communicate issues and concerns to management
- Reasonable cleaning duties; Standing, bending, and lifting
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the market area, ensuring compliance with market standards
