This is NOT a retail job.This is NOT a “help people pick photos” role.

This is a high-trust, high-ticket sales position where you guide families through investing in artwork that will live on their walls for generations.

If you’ve sold fine jewelry or other luxury goods—you already understand what this role requires.

What This Role Really Is:

You will sit with families after their portrait session and lead them through their images—helping them choose artwork that reflects who they are and what matters most.

You are not pushing products. You are guiding an emotional decision with confidence and care.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Leading in-person View & Order appointments
• Guiding clients through image selection and artwork decisions
• Recommending wall portraits and collections with confidence
• Creating a warm, elevated, and emotionally engaging experience
• Achieving and exceeding sales performance goals

Compensation

• $18/hour base commission
• Most team members earn $22–$30/hour
• Top performers earn more

Schedule

• Part-time to start
• Onsite: Thursday–Friday (9:30am–5:30pm)
• Some Saturdays required
