Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in North Haven, CT for a Zone Manager - Greater Hartford territory. The Zone Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily sales operations, managing budgets, and coaching a sales team. Additional responsibilities include developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and utilizing Microsoft Office for reporting and analytics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field or equivalent training and work experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in wholesale distribution/Beverage industry is a plus
- Excellent leadership and team-oriented abilities
- Must be a results-oriented professional with excellent communication and analytical skills
- Sales Management experience is required
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced, changing business, processes, technologies, and environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications specifically with Excel and PowerPoint. Sales Force software a plus.
