Are you an LPN ready to take the next step in your career within a collaborative and caring environment? Our skilled nursing community is looking for a full-time & part-time LPN (up to 40 hours per week, including every other weekend) to be a vital member of our nursing team.
As an LPN with us, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the daily nursing needs of our residents and mentoring our direct care staff. We value teamwork and are looking for someone with 1-3 years of experience managing the care of seniors, strong multitasking abilities, and a passion for working with individuals with dementia and their families.

Qualifications:
- Valid LPN license and CPR certification (Rhode Island preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in senior care management.
