Qualifications Include:
- An active License
- Short- and Long-Term care experience preferred
- Knowledge of proper body mechanics, and safety precautions.
- Good interdisciplinary communication
Responsibilities include:
- Performs nursing care procedures following the assigned resident comprehensive plan of care.
- Accurate documentation in accordance with Patient Care.
- Provide patient-centered care to residents
- Demonstrates positive interpersonal relations with others, including employees, residents, and visitors.
- Adheres to facility and departmental policies and work rules/regulations.
- Be respectful and compassionate to residents, families and other care givers.
