Brentwood Hospital, located in Shreveport, Louisiana, is recruiting a BC full-time Geriatric Psychiatrist for their NEW Inpatient Geriatric Fellowship Program.
The position title will be a Hospital Academic Service Directorship.
The Senior Inpatient Program provides specialized treatment for older adults living a geriatric lifestyle with cognitive, emotional, and behavioral problems, which can include mood disorders, psychotic disorders, anxiety disorders, delirium, Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, and suicidal or homicidal behavior. Our program treats patients through an interdisciplinary approach, administered under the supervision and direction of an attending psychiatrist.

Requirements:
- Board Certification in Geriatric Psychiatry is required.
- Prior leadership experience preferred.
- Active Louisiana license or ability to obtain a license.
