MUST be available to attend the Full Hospital and Departmental orientations: Week 1: MONDAY -FRIDAY (8 AM - 5 PM) & Week 2: MONDAY (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM)

Job Description: The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for delivering quality direct patient care to children, adolescent and adult patients hospitalized for treatment of psychiatric or emotional disorders. The LPN serves actively and constructively as a member of the multi-disciplinary treatment team, supporting the organization and program or unit philosophy of care; ensures the safety and well-being of each patient. Supervises the MHT’s as assigned. Further contributes to nursing and the hospital through support of philosophy and objectives, educational efforts and Quality Management efforts.

Prefered: Bachelor's of Science in Nursing. Three to five years of related experience in behavioral health setting.
