Primary Therapist Position
Family First Adolescent Services is expanding, and we are excited to add a new member to our clinical team. Our organization is committed to a relational and developmental approach in our work with clients and families, while also supporting our staff's continuing development. We cover the cost for our entire clinical team to complete the NeuroAffective Relational Model clinical training, in addition to other personally selected trainings that support their professional growth.

- Master’s Degree in a Psychology-related field (Required)
- Licensure (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT)
- Professional treatment experience in a residential facility setting (Experience with adolescents preferred but not required)
- Advanced training in trauma therapy models such as Somatic Experiencing, EMDR, NARM, TRE, etc.
- Proficient documentation skills and experience with EMR systems
