What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bookkeeper/Secretary position at Brent's Interiors?
Looking for a part-time experienced bookkeeper for busy office. Must be experienced in Quickbooks, and Word. Strong organizational skills. Ability to manage accounts receivable and payable. Assist staff with scheduling customer jobs, installers and vendors, etc. Ability to multi-task and assist where needed.
Responsibilities:
Process customer payments
Prepare and make bank deposits
Prepare payroll and tax payments
Reconcile bank accounts
Review email accounts
Answer telephones
Greet customers
Maintain vendor, installer and employee files
Audit and process installer invoices
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 per hour
