We are seeking a motivated, client-focused Personal Injury Attorney to join our growing legal team. The ideal candidate is an experienced litigator with excellent negotiation and communication skills who is passionate about advocating for injured clients and achieving outstanding results.

• Manage a caseload of personal injury matters from intake through resolution.
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and guidance throughout their cases.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement demands.
• Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Attend mediations, hearings, and court appearances.
• Develop case strategies to maximize client recovery.
• Collaborate with support staff and other attorneys to ensure efficient case management.
• Maintain accurate and timely case documentation.

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in the applicable jurisdiction.
• Personal injury litigation experience preferred.
• Strong written, verbal, and negotiation skills.
• Experience handling discovery, depositions, and mediations.
• Trial experience is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
