Brenntag TA Team
- Provide leadership to deliver first class customer service.
- Maintain a safe work environment.
- Make sure daily distribution assignments are carried out in a timely manner.
- Make sure work area is clean and manageable.
- Manage transportation standards.
- Supervise the daily activities of assigned departments.
- Supervise the auditing of all transactions inbound and outbound depending on the department.
- Supervise traffic coordinator/dispatcher
- Manage all fleet equipment/assets; coordinate with maintenance team
- Coach, guide and develop employees/drivers and hold them accountable for performance.
- Performance Reviews
- Issue disciplinary warnings
- Train, evaluate and develop employees.
- Manage the departmental attendance/punch detail records.
- Treat employees fairly to help employee morale.
- Make recommendations for proper scheduling and shifting
- Ability to provide guidance and mentoring to your team.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant work experience
- 3 to 5 years of supervisory/managerial experience, preferably in distribution and/or chemical industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Self-starter who has the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Excellent organizational skills.
