What are the responsibilities and job description for the Systems & Integrations Administrator position at Brenner-Fiedler?
We are seeking a Systems & Integrations Administrator to support and improve our core IT systems and business applications. This role focuses on day-to-day systems administration, technical support for application implementations (including ERP projects), and assisting with integrations and APIs. You will report to and work closely with the IT Manager and coordinate with a Senior Network Administrator as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 environments
- Support system implementations and migrations (ERP and other business systems)
- Assist with integrations and APIs between internal and third-party systems
- Maintain and troubleshoot servers, virtual machines, and core services
- Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders during technical projects
- Document systems, processes, and changes
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience supporting production IT systems in a business environment
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to learn unfamiliar systems independently
- Experience supporting or participating in system implementations or migrations
- Familiarity with APIs, integrations, or automation (hands-on or demonstrated aptitude)
- Working knowledge of Windows infrastructure and basic networking concepts
- Clear communication and a sense of ownership over assigned systems
Nice to Have (Not Required)
- PowerShell or scripting experience
- Exposure to ERP platforms
- Basic SQL knowledge or interest in data systems
Compensation
$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
