What are the responsibilities and job description for the IT Support position at Brenner-Fiedler?
POSITION SUMMARY: In support of the mission statement of Brenner-Fiedler & Associates, Inc., the IT Support is responsible for resolving all requests and/or issues related to help desk support tickets, reports, software, hardware, and additional projects or tasks as assigned by the IT manager and upper management.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Manage P21 Item Catalog Data: Price Increases, New/Existing items, Supplier info, Price breaks, etc.
2. Maintain classification of new items for P21.
3. IT help desk/ticket management.
4. Support and Administration of company intranet and web applications.
a. Apply updates and changes
b. Review and suggest enhancements
5. Write, create, schedule, and provide SQL queries and Crystal Reports.
6. Active Directory administration.
7. Import items for new product lines.
8. Monitor and order toner for all printers/copiers.
9. Support and engage in IT Department Strategic Initiatives and Projects.
10. Create and maintain SQL reports and SharePoint website environment.
11. Support the IT Projects and Partners with projects and tasks as assigned.
12. Upon request from management:
a. Perform SWAT analysis of systems and infrastructure.
b. Contribute to strategic planning to help achieve company goals.
c. Review and suggest enhancements for any and all systems.
13. Responsible for maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant Quality Management System (QMS) procedures and supporting QMS processes as required.
14. Website – WordPress maintenance.
15. IT asset/inventory and server room management.
16. Phone System Management.
17. Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned.

- Strong IT systems background.
- Ability to communicate tactfully with fellow employees, customers, and factory representatives.

IT Manager / Project Manager

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong interpersonal, motivational, and leadership skills
- Strong IT background
- Strong background and orientation towards project management and business processes
- Strategic planner with the ability to establish and communicate a clear vision and positioning of the company.
- Ability to work with a diverse team as well as a diverse customer base.
- Excellent educational background, Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
