Brenner Car Credit of Chambersburg is seeking a motivated, outgoing, and sales-oriented Branch Manager to join our team and coach our vehicle Sales Consultants to close more deals!
As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for supervising a team of qualified vehicle Sales Consultants and Account Managers in leading them to achieve dealership goals. The ideal candidate will have experience in achieving sales goals, leading a team, have a passion for people and a solid knowledge of sales best practices and customer retention strategies.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Manage and monitor daily operations of the business to ensure all standard operating procedures are executed effectively and consistently.
· Support, encourage and motivate all staff daily.
· Coach Sales Consultants/Account Managers on best practices to improve sales performance and to close more vehicle deals.
· Utilize company CRM and personal sphere of influence to cultivate leads and customers.
· Schedule in-person appointments and obtain materials for application process.
· Explain our purchasing program and highlight its’ benefits for our customers.
· Meet assigned individual and branch monthly vehicle sales goals.
· Adhere to company best practices in both sales and sales activity.
· Provide information to sell a variety of additional products based on customer needs.
· Offer professional customer service during and after the sale.
· Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
· Demonstrate behaviors consistent with Brenner Family of Dealerships’ values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and vendors.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills required. Persuasive, personable and consumer focused. Excellent communication skills. Desire and drive to meet assigned sales goals. Ability to muti task. Ability to inspire others to action. General understanding of Microsoft Office. Desire to make uncapped pay based on performance.
Requirements:
Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under company's insurance policy. Satisfactory completion of a criminal background check. 2 years of previous Sales Management experience preferred.
