The Role
We are seeking a Project Architect who thrives at the intersection of design and execution. This is a pivotal role within our specialized office, requiring a professional who can transition seamlessly from high-level conceptualizing to technical problem-solving. You will be part of contact for clients and consultants, responsible for maintaining the design integrity and momentum of multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical skills: Development of precise, high-quality drawing sets that reflect our standards for constructability and design intent.
- Code & Quality Control: Navigate complex building codes and zoning requirements while performing rigorous internal reviews for accuracy.
- Coordination: Support a collaborative office culture by sharing expertise and fostering a detail-oriented workflow.
Qualifications
- Location: Applicants should be based in Boca Raton or within a reasonable commuting distance.
- Education: Professional degree (B. Arch or M. Arch) from an accredited program.
- Experience: 5 years of professional experience, with a proven track record in high-end residential or detailed custom work.
- Technical Suite: Expert proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Photoshop is required.
- Licensure: Professional license is a plus, but we value experience and talent above all.
